Foivos Georgiadis, MD. MD-PhD student

Foivos completed his medical studies at the University of Athens and his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at ETH Zurich; his master thesis in McLean Hospital of Harvard Medical School, focused on leveraging computational methods for identifying disease subtypes of PTSD. Currently, Foivos combines his clinical experience with his passion for scientific discovery in his MD-PhD project within the Homan Lab. Ongoing projects involve using large international databases such as ENIGMA and the UKBioBank to elucidate the neurobiological underpinnings of brain disorders, with a special interest in endophenotypes and biomarker discovery.
