Pierfrancesco Sarti. Visiting student

Pierfrancesco is a PhD student in Neuroscience at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) under the supervision of Prof. Johanna M.C. Blom. He has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Trento, focusing on adult and geriatric patients’ disorders and took the qualifying examination for the profession of Psychologist. He then decided to focus on research, in particular, psychometrics, statistics, network analysis and programming in R.

Pierfrancesco's current research interest and PhD project The network approach in Neurosciences: from small to big worlds adding layers of complexity, focus on the implementation of network models to reach a better understanding of the "latent structure" of psychopathologies and how they change over time to implement precise and personalized interventions.
